Youth Advisory Panel
Headstrong has an active national Youth Advisory Panel. The involvement and contribution of young people is central to our work at Headstrong, so if you are aged between 17 and 25 years, and would like to find out more about what we do, please contact our Youth Engagement Officer firstname.lastname@example.org
Spread the word
We are working to build awareness about the work of Headstrong and our Jigsaw projects. If you believe in Headstrong’s mission to change the way Ireland thinks about youth mental health, we’d be delighted if you could talk to your friends, family, and colleagues about it. If you need some Headstrong literature, promotional materials or further information to spread the word, please email us today email@example.com
Sign up for our newsletter and keep up to date with Headstrong’s work. Make sure to check our website for regular updates and blog postings. From time to time, we also host public talks and events that we will advertise on the website. We hope to see you at as many of these as possible.
Help reduce stigma about mental health and mental illness
Think about how you and the people around you think and talk about mental health and mental illness. Inform yourself and others about mental health and mental health difficulties, and challenge any negative stereotypes you might be holding. Remember that any of us could experience a mental health difficulty at any time.
There are many ways you can support and help us lead the way to promote good mental health in young people in Ireland. You could sign up for a fundraising event, make a monthly donation or organise your own event with our support.
We have information available for companies and trusts on how you can make a big difference to our work.
Fundraising is an extremely important source of revenue for our services and takes place locally across Ireland as well as through national events and campaigns.
For any Fundraising queries please call Claire on 01 4727 054 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
